Tubacex on the stock market

 
TUBACEX is a traditional security on the Spanish Stock Market making its debut at the beginning of the 70´s. On January 14th, 1970, TUBACEX solicited admission to the Stock Market and was accepted in February of the same year.

On April 22nd 1996 de the name Tubacex, C.E. de Tubos, S.A. was changed to that of TUBACEX, S.A. With this name TUBACEX is authorised to quote on the Ibex-35 Index on June 23rd 1997. This was made effective as from July 1st of the same year. TUBACEX leaves the Ibex-35 Index on December 30th 1998.

Currently Tubacex joins the IBEX SMALL CAP, made up of the 30 securities with the greater free float adjusted capitalisation, excluding the 35 securities on the IBEX 35 and the 20 that are listed on the IBEX MEIUM CAP. 

 

 

 

The company intends to maintain this system of payment of dividends as a form of remuneration without rulling out complementing it with other formulas, and assigning between 30 and 40% of annual profits to paying out remuneration to shareholders.

The Tubacex General Shareholders Meeting held in Llodio on May 24th 2007 approved a 0.0944 euro dividend payout per share charged to the 2006 trading year results.
