What has been you track record in the Tubacex Group?

My main task within the Tubacex Group is to advise customers. I try to look for and give solutions to customers. To do so, as well as being aware of their needs, it is vital to know what the product is used for. This is essential: knowing the application of the tube.

If you sleep, you lose out. It is necessary to be constantly improving.

Enjoy what you do. It is necessary to carry out the things we do passionately.

What do you value most about Tubacex?

There are many aspects that I could highlight about Tubacex, but if I had to name one, it would be its great spirit of service and our ability to respond to a customer's problem within 72 hours. We respond rapidly, effectively and with know-how no matter where the problem is. We have been improving quality significantly over the past five years.

What fascinates you most about the metal industry?

What really enthralls me is studying and finding the metallurgical and metal mechanical causes that lead to faults in the material. Identifying the cause has been my main task for over 40 years, of which I have spent 25 years providing solutions in Tubacex.

What are the most important changes that you have seen in Tubacex since you joined?

Thanks to the thorough analysis of the parameters that control production, we are generating statistical studies that enable deviations to be corrected and consequently, we are obtaining visible improvements in the quality of the product and the service.

We also have a greater worldwide presence and broader application coverage. We have entered sectors that we only dreamed of in the past and today they are a reality.
