The success of TUBACEX operational strategy relies on the implementation of Tubacex Production System (TxPS), our own in-house operational excellence system with sustainable and visible results in each of the three areas of action:

  • Gradual improvements thanks to progressively increased efficiency and efficacy of processes in terms of Health and Safety, Customer Service and Productivity.
  • Radical improvements, with the essential review and radical redesign of processes to obtain important or highly significant improvements in critical areas of performance, such as costs, quality, service and speed.
  • Maintenance transformation, with the aim of constantly moving forwards in the efficiency/performance of the production system with the optimization of the costs involved.

The involvement and participation of the teams feeding processes daily are making these improvements possible.

EFQM, European Foundation for Quality Management

Management excellence is one of the strategic pillars of TUBACEX. Thus, it incorporates the fundamental principles contained in the EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) model into its work philosophy, systematically identifying strengths and areas for improvement that lead to action plans. In this way, the company focuses its management on continuous improvement and innovation.
