TUBACEX is an industrial Group founded in 1963 devoted to manufacturing seamless tubes in stainless steel and high-nickel alloys.
The group’s Head Office is located in Llodio where it also has industrial facilities, in addition to those located in Amurrio, Arceniega (all three in the province of Alava- Spain), in Ternitz (Austria) in Greenville (Pennsylvania, USA); in Vittuone (Milán) and San Niccolo (Piacenza), both onf them in italy; in Umbergaon (Gujarat, India); in Thailand, in Saudi Arabia, in Norway and in UAE,
TUBACEX is a company that has made a considerable effort in the modernization of a traditional sector of the iron and steel industry.

2023
Tubacex achieves its strategic plan goals (2020-2025) ahead of schedule and presents the new NT2 2027 plan “Driving the New Tubacex towards the Next Transition”.
2022
- Kazakhstan & Guyana. Opening of production facilities in both countries.
2021
- Amega West & Durant. Incorporation of Amega West and Durant into the Group.
2020
Tubacex announces a new strategic plan (2020-2025) to transform into a provider of industrial solutions for the energy and mobility sectors.
2019
- Alliance with SENAAT, an industrial investment holding owned by the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, to grow in the Middle East.
- Acquisition, together with SENAAT, of NTS (NOBU Group): NTS Middle East, NTS Saudi, and Promet.
2017
- Opening of TSS India, TSS Middle East and TSS Central Europe.
2016
- TUBACEX signs an agreement for a Joint Venture with the Japanese company Awaji Materia (Thailand).
2015
- TUBACEX completes the acquisition of the Indian company Prakash Steelage (Tubacex India).
2014
Tubacex launches a strategic plan (2014-2020) to transform into a provider of advanced tubular solutions
TUBACEX acquires the Italian company IBF.
TUBACEX opens Tubacex Services (Cantabria).

- Opening of a Sales Office in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).

- Opening of a Sales Office in Sao Paulo (Brazil).

- TUBACEX buys 100% of Metaux Inox Services (MIS).
- Opening of a Commercial Office in Shanghai (China).

- Opening of a Sales Office in Seoul (Korea).

- TUBACEX acquires the Austrian company Schoeller Bleckmann Edelstahlrohr AG (SBER).
1995
- Acquire 100% of Salem Tube Inc. (Greenville, Pennsylvania-USA).
1985
- Opening of Sales Offices in Italy and France.

- Opening of a Sales Office in Canada.
1979
- Opening of the Commercial Office in the Netherlands.
1977
- Integration of Tubacex Taylor Accesorios S.A. (TTA), a company dedicated to the manufacturing of bends and fittings for tubes.

- Opening of the first overseas Commercial Office in Houston (Texas-USA).
