Tubacex reinforces its commitment to sustainability and employee well-being through its Safety Week initiative, an event aligned with the company’s NT2 strategic plan and its “Ambition 2030” goals.

This program, held at the Aceralava and TTI facilities in Araba, aims to strengthen the company’s culture of safety and occupational health.

One of the week’s highlights is the immersive experience “Route 151”, presented by Asepeyo’s mobile unit on November 19. Using virtual reality, employees will have the opportunity to experience scenarios involving workplace risks such as falls, confined spaces, and interactions with robots, fostering a deeper understanding of safety practices. On November 21, Tubacex will host a lecture titled “Innovation Applied to Risk Prevention” at its Laudio facilities. The session will explore the latest trends and technological tools to promote safer working environments.

Tubacex is certified under ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, reinforcing its commitment to continuous improvement in this area. With this initiative, Tubacex not only enhances its focus on workplace safety but also solidifies its reputation as an attractive employer in an environment that champions inclusion, equality, and sustainability.
