Bilbao, April 24, 2026. Tubacex has reached an agreement with the majority trade union representation on the Works Council regarding the company’s collective bargaining agreement for the 2025–2029 period. The agreement has been signed by ELA, STAT, and CCOO.
The signing concludes a negotiation process that began in December 2024 and establishes a stable framework for labor relations in the coming years. Through this agreement, the company aims to foster a more stable operational environment and greater predictability in management during a period in which stability is a key factor for industrial planning. The agreement will be effective from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2029.
